2001 Hyperlite Drifter HC
A series for riders who want a board that can react as quickly as you can control it. Designed to get there quick and help you get out of trouble on landings. Features Double-Bump Swallow Tail this profile sits deep in the water like a traditional swallow tail, but with more surface area in the ends for more ollying power and kick off the wake. Four 1.5" Gonzalez Fins release quicker off the wake than any other fin we make. Asymmetric Venturi-Tunnel this dual tunnel design helps grip the board's leading edge into the water on bigger cuts. Vented Channels increase the speed of the board when on edge. 5.0" Center Placement for a quicker release off the wake.

Took a few sessions to get used to it, but riding stronger every time out. Dings on sliders, but that’s honeycomb! Doesn’t really matter what you ride, you get used to that board and learn. Don’t put too much emphasis on getting the best board...just be consistent and get out and ride.

The new drifter has a similar feal to the 00’and 99’.It tracks incredibly well, and the four fin design really helps you stick some of the more difficult inverts. Not only that, but it also gets some great pop off of the wake and handles exceptionaly well in rougher waters.

good board, but its the rider not the board, you might aswell get a two belmonts. i regret buying it and i wouldnt sudgest that anyone wastes there money!!!!!!! crap!!!!!
