2001 O'Brien Buzz
More people have learned to wakeboard on this design than any other. It's classic shape and long sweeping beveled edge, teach true control and deliver incredible speed for lift off! The bottom edge channels lock in for control and the 2' rocker pattern makes landings a cinch!

We bought this for a family board a year and a half ago its a 2000 and im sure there cant be too much differnce. But its real good for beginners but once u get to be into tougher tricks like spins and inverts it will get kinda tough. The pop is not to great. I can get about 4 feet with it goin pretty hard into the wake. But on my friends board i can get about 5 feet and his board isnt much better. I say buy this board if u want to start riding as a beginner but buy like a custom if your really into it

This is a good board you just have to take care of it. Why i put 3 on sliders is because the fins you have to buy smaller fins for better sliding. Works best with Morph bindings. The sandle binding help beginners. But when you get better its best to buy new full foot bindings. Landing is awsome with 2in rocker. spinning is ok you just got to know how to land. Buy bag to protect from sun. take care of this board any board will get toarn up if not tooken care of is.

this is a great board for learning on, but it can only last you so long. i learned on it and now i am looking for a new board. with new fins this board is much better. if you keep the stock surf style bindings they won’t give u much support when u start to try to go big. i would recommend one step higher for a begginer unless they will be passing the board down to a younger sibling for them to learn on too. i had this board for three years and it is getting to shitty for me

This board is a true master piece. Works sweet on sliders and kickers. Good tracking, and stability. AWSOME!!

We (my family and I) are new to wakeboarding. This has been/is an excellent board to learn on. We span ages and weights from age 46 at 180 lbs, to age 15 at 110 lbs. We all learned on this board. I highly recommend it with the Morph bindings.

I’m new to wakeboarding and this board was excellent to learn on. It made starts easy and it was great with the few tricks that I learned. I would recommend this board to any beginner.

Great for beginners. You will grow out of it pretty quick. It would be a better idea to get an Obrien Rail and learn on it. It would grow with you.

I bought this board last year and wakeboarded everyday the bindings for it suck so i got some vectors. The board was good at the start but hard to pull off big tricks.
