The 24ssv is a great boat, contrary to most other wakeboard boats it handles choppy water quite well. The wake is great, verry rampy to give you that quick pop. I have not had good luck creating the perfect wakesurf wake but it doesnt mean that its not possible. The boat, hands down is Great for the money and given the chance i would get it another. Only down side is that the wakeboard racks broke on both sides and cost approx 1200 to fix, each.

This is my second boat, came from a Moomba LSV. The 24 is a big boat, but handles great, does not feel as big as it is while driving. There is a lot of storage, but the ballast takes up a lot of the space when filled. The wake is really big and meaty with the factory ballast, and the wakeplate can make it rampy or peaky. I swapped out the stock rear 400's for a pair of 750's and the wake is huge with just those and the factory 1150 up front. At 24.5mph, 75 ft back, and the wakeplate 75% up you will get launched. I do love the playpen, but not so much the love seat. The boat is super comfy, and the Z5 rack is a must. Mine also has the 340hp EXT CAT engine (if you surf this is a must) with the wakeboard prop. This makes for a very fuel efficient setup on this boat, even with the extra weight. It gets on plane without any issues and PP keeps you at the correct speed.

Pros: This boat has a nice wake that is very adjustable with the wakeplate. Fat sacs are nice and you don't need more but more people make this wake even better. Storage is great with the racks on the bimini to hold boards.Cons: Broke down all the time, it sucks up stuff in the strainer, make sure you get a super fine strainer, otherwise it will overheat if you drive it in 6 feet of water and if your not attentive to the smell of steam the valve connecters will melt (made of plastic) spray all over you manifold and crack it. Lots of other stuff went wrong too: the racks had a metal piece that broke on each one, ballast takes broke (wouldn't drain without running the water into the bottom of your boat and running the bilge), speakers blow out, and lights burnout even when you don't use them that much. Horrible handling its hard to get the handle to someone unless the line is 70 feet or longer. Chugs fuel even when your pulling beginners. Not really a fan of the seating either. I know 2 people with these boats and they're trying to sell them. Resale sucks, expensive enough the first time. Make sure your dealer is close to the where you use the boat and is very customer oriented because these boats most likely WILL have problems and a good dealership will take care of these problems.

we have the GG edition and overall we love the boat. However, Supra has been less than responsive when we have contacted that with questions etc. But, the boat is great.
