2004 Supra Launch SSV
Sexy Styling with a Bad Attitude. Launch SSV. Combine the definition of a wakeboard boat and the definition of a Supra- Launch SSV. The Launch SSV delivers the performance demanded by today's top riders. Rock steady speed, straight line tracking, and wakes with transition and size, will destroy any excuses behind the boat. Throttle response from the Indmar Assault (the most standard horsepower in the industry) agile handling and a truly comfortable drivers's station, make driving almost as desired as riding. With the built-in ballast system and optional hydraulic wakeplate, the wakes can be fine tuned on the fly to suit personal performance or to compensate for load conditions. Hook to the the stainless steel "Rad-A-Cage" and prepare the landing gear. Wrapped in Stainless! Stainless Steel rub rail, SS platform rail, SS grab handles, SS through hull hardware, even the Rad-A-CAge tower is stainless steel. The Supra "playpen" bow offers the most comfortable bow space available, especially when the convertible "double-up"-seat is utilized. Our new "Stadium Seating" allows you to convert the standard style rear seat to a forward position rear facing bench for 4.

I'm lucky enough to own the 2004 Gravity Games Edition Model, which was the first SUPRA into the UK for some years. Summing up, this boat is truly awesome. 3 Years in, and the boat still looks like new! It's a real testament to the excellent build quality of the SUPRA line of boats. It's different enough to turn heads yet remains quietly self assured.Providing family recreational fun through to the highest level wakes for the most advanced borders, the SSV is more than more than happy doing either! I've never had any real issues with the boat's build quality other than some minor installation / cable routings ex the factory, although this has been sorted by our local UK dealer in a prompt and professional manner. So would I buy another SUPRA? NO! Why should I? I've already got the best, and she's not going out of my sight!

I give this boat a 4 in comfort becuase one of the seats in the play pen didnt hold that much weight so I had to add a steal plate for support. Other then that its really comfortable. Storage the sacks take up lots of space and aren't built into the boat. Wake is awesome good for boarding and surfing. This boat overall is great runs all summer with no real issues.

this boat we bought the end of last summer and it cant be beat.we have never had anyone say anything bad about the wake behind this boat they all seem to love it.i have been told it is the best wakeboarding wake and the best surfing wake from ppl.i have ridden behind many boats and this is by far my favorite.the only reason i gave this boat a 4 in storage is because the rear storage where the fat sacks are could be much bigger.the only problems we have had were little things like the depth finder not working but nothing that kept us off the water.the ballast i have listed does not enclude the ppl we have in the boat which varies from 2 ppl to about 15 ppl.Go Gramps Boardshop riders!

I rode my friends boat last weekend with stock ballast and probably 5 people inside. Two words can describe what you get from this wake HANG TIME. The wakes are huge and rampy. It took me a few face plants on the toe side to get used to how steep and big the wakes are. The double ups are ginormus! 04 models have MB Quart speakers while 05s have kenwood, seems like supra was trying to pinch a penny there, the MB Quart sounds awesome. With the bag system you can take them out and simply get bigger ones to fill the huge storage compartments. I only gave it a 4 on comfort because the seating is not wrap around. Dont be fooled by the name, the SSV as 218 x 95 while the 21 is 212 x 98 so the SSV is not necessarily bigger but in 04 it was the first V-drive. My advice is to ride behind every boat you are considering because wake is a personal taste. If a dealer wont let you do a test ride, dont buy from him. There are plenty of others who will. I have ridden the Malibu, MB, Supra, Moomba, Centurion, Mastercraft, Nautique and Tige, all in my quest for the perfect wake. For my personal taste, the Supra is the best, Malibu VLX would be second.

We got the Gravity Games Edition this summer and we couldn't be happier with the boat. The wake is firm throughout and has a nice transition. It handles well, and in my opinion is the best bang for your buck.
