There is only one week left before our annual WakeWorld Toys for Tots Holiday Fundraiser gets underway, so if you or your company want to get involved, let us know. It's our eighth year of fundraising for the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots program and, thanks to the generosity of the wake community, we have generated over $48,800 to date! Last year alone we were able to donate nearly $7,000 worth of toys and cash to Toys for Tots.

WakeWorld will again be running an online auction of donated items from companies and individuals in order to generate money to buy toys for underprivileged kids that otherwise may not be getting any gifts this holiday season. 100% Of the profits from these auctions will go to Toys for Tots. We need you to get the word out to your favorite wake shops and wake companies so that they'll donate some goodies to the cause. It is our goal to leverage WakeWorld’s incredible amount of traffic in order to generate as much money as possible for this effort. 
 
The auctions will start on Tuesday, November 27 and run for one week. All donations and sponsors will be featured on WakeWorld throughout the auctions and for many months afterward as we run ads to bring attention to the generosity displayed by the sponsors.
