Merced, CA - The 2014 spring competitive season starts with Team Centurion athletes posting impressive competitive results. At wake surfing and wakeboarding competitions held in California, Missouri, Virginia, Russia and Switzerland, Centurion athletes dominated the podium. Wakeboarder Adam Fields took third place at the popular BROstock festival that was held at Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri June 5-7. Adam has been diligently training for competitions behind his Centurion Enzo FX22 and his hard work is showing favorable results.
In a related story where persistent training has proven to return big results, wake surfer Caroline Villeneuve traveled overseas to win both the Suisse Wake Surf Open and the Russian Open Wake Surf Cup. Caroline, from British Columbia, trains in the winter as a snowboard instructor and as soon as the water thaws she can be found surfing behind her Centurion Enzo SV244.
Eighteen year old, Taylor Dorey won her first professional wake surfing event by taking the top honors at the West Coast Open on Sunday, June 1. Other team Centurion recent notable finishes includes:
