Nautique Employees Serve In El Salvador As Part Of The “Nautique Cares” Initiative

Share

Nautique BoatsORLANDO, FLA - Throughout the past week, Nautique employees traveled from Orlando, Florida, to El Salvador and served as part of the Nautique Cares initiative.

Forty Nautique employees participated in one of two service trips to El Salvador. Both groups aided in construction work at a rural mountain school for nearly 400 students. Each team also had the opportunity to interact with students at the school where they passed out supplies and played soccer and basketball with the children. In addition to their work at the school, Nautique employees also served in a hospital and distributed food provided by Nautique to several hundred needy families.

Nautique CaresThis is the seventh year of service trips for Nautique and each year they continue to grow and provide Nautique employees an opportunity to serve others who need our help. During this time Nautique employees have taken service trips to Mexico, India, Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Guatemala, and the Apace Reservation in Arizona.

“Each service trip with our employees reminds me how grateful I am to be a part of the Nautique team. Over seven years ago we started the Nautique Cares initiative which allows us to use our resources to help others in Central Florida (our home) and around the globe,” stated Nautique President/CEO Bill Yeargin. “Earlier this year our team donated a Super Air Nautique G21 to the non-profit organization As Our Own to raise awareness and funds for an amazing group fighting for at risk girls in India. We encourage people to learn more about this at www.nautiquecares.com,” added Yeargin.
