STILLWATER, USA – Specifically engineered to easily deliver full-range sound in any watercraft, classic KICKER® KM6200 Marine Coaxial Speakers are now giving boaters the ability to fully customize their audio systems with 2- or 4-Ohm models and two color options.
Available in a bold white or an easy-to-match charcoal, KM-Series coaxial systems consist of two water-resistant, 6-inch midrange speakers, each with its own attached 3/4-inch tweeter. The KM6200’s bolt-thru grilles offer additional speaker protection.
KM Marine Coaxials are designed for simple installation into boat speaker openings, making it a sea-breeze to get powerful highs and exceptional midrange sound. They utilize MAXBasket Geometry™ that provides oversized, louder 6 ½-inch cones that perform in speaker baskets made for the standard 6-inch cutout holes found in most watercraft.
All models of KICKER Marine Coaxials meet or exceed industry standards for environmental humidity and corrosion* and for material degradation due to UV exposure.** UV treatments on the coaxials’ injection-molded cones, Santoprene® surrounds, baskets and grilles help all models to maintain in marine environments. These speakers can endure most any weather conditions with splash- and spray-resisting sealed motors, cones and locking terminal covers. Speaker hardware is forged from rustproof, 316L stainless-steel, and as if that wasn’t enough, KICKER coaxials come packaged with ample wiring for running the length of a large vessel to the power amplifier.
They also utilize the highest level of magnetic shielding available to minimize compass and gauge deviation in the dash, eliminating navigation confusion behind the wheel.
