(THIS CONTEST ENDED ON 7/9/10)
What's a Boost Box? I'm glad you asked! If you've ever been distracted by the annoying chore of raising and lowering the volume on your boat's stereo every time you speed up or slow down, then you've probably been waiting for the arrival of the Boost Box. The Boost Box automatically turns the volume up when you pull a rider out of the water and automatically turns the volume down when you stop to pick up the rider. It's fully adjustable, so you can say goodbye to fooling with the volume in an attempt to maintain your sanity!
The best part is that it's super easy to install and there's no need to wire into the boat’s speed or rpm signals, so it will not interfere with the signal quality from the stereo to the amplifiers. The Boost Box continuously monitors the boat’s acceleration and deceleration with internal sensors and sends remote control volume commands to your boat’s stereo using wireless infra-red or a hard wire into the back of your boat's stereo. It even connects directly to your iPod!
To introduce the Boost Box to the wakeboarding public, WakeWorld and Watersport Innovations gave one of these units away to a lucky WakeWorld reader that did nothing more than click on this page and submit their name and email address. And the lucky winner is...
Gregory Chaney
