Our annual pilgrimage to the Los Angeles Boat Show gave us a look at quite a few of the new boat models. Although the show looked to be a bit smaller than some past shows, it was attended by throngs of boat shoppers and even a few boat company execs that we don't usually see making the trek to So Cal. Tige Boats was represented by their top marketing dog, Daniel Gutierrez, and Malibu Boats busted out the top of their org chart with CEO Jack Springer.
This show was also the first chance I had to see the new Malibu M235. The pre-game hype has been huge, so I couldn't wait to climb aboard and check out all the features of this new model. Having Mr. Springer give me the personal tour made it that much more special. Sure he spent way too much time showing off the electronic wind screen, but this is obviously a boat that he's very proud of. As you can see from the number of pictures we took, we were pretty impressed with it as well.
