Toronto, ON – SBC Media is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Levitt as Editor of SBC Wakeboard Magazine, Canada’s leading wakeboarding publication.

Adam has been involved with SBC Wakeboard Magazine since 1997 as a contributing photographer and writer, and as Senior Photographer since 2002. He has been Senior Photographer at Wakestock for the past seven years. Adam has also been a contributing photographer to SBC’s Snowboard Canada Magazine for the past 10 years.

"As one of wakeboarding’s leading photographers, Adam has an outstanding reputation among the top riders and the wakeboard industry, so we are very excited to have such a well known name on board as our new Editor," says SBC Wakeboard Magazine publisher Steve Jarrett.

Adam has a vast wakeboarding knowledge base having been a keen rider and photographer from the sport’s early days in Canada. "Over the past two years, Adam has played a vital and growing role in the magazine’s editorial creation and direction as our Senior Photographer, so this is a natural evolution of his immense talents," adds Jarrett.

Adam has relocated to the SBC office in Toronto, ON from Whistler, B.C. "I’m excited to expand my role with SBC Wakeboard Magazine to that of Editor and I’m really looking forward to coming back to my home turf. I will focus all of my efforts on making SBC Wakeboard Magazine the best in the sport," says Adam.

Adam will also work closely with SBC’s Events division on the production of Wakestock, the world’s largest wakeboarding event. "I’ve been at every Wakestock to date and for me to help and make it even better is really exciting," says Adam.
