Here's stock ballast, hydrogate pulled back, 2 people on the boat @ 23mph on an 2011 230. Pretty clean to me. Just keep trying things till you have it right. Anything under 23mh - forget about it. Its a 23ft boat. Sacked out we run 25mph.
