jonyb made a post in this thread: Some System Tuning Questions
If you're this concerned about tuning, I"d recommend a SMD DD1. That's a distortion detector, but at the same time requires a cd player for the test tone disc. An easy, very shortly worded explanation here is this: Start with amp gains al...

jonyb made a post in this thread: Recommendation for new head unit
I sell a lot of Clarion M303's in my shop. They have AM/FM/CD/Bluetooth/AUX/USB, and the board is coated. Also has front/rear preouts with the rear switchable to sub.

1 Syn4 should be 2-channel powering the Pro60's. The other Syn4 should power the pro485 on 2 channels bridged. The sub would be on the other 2 channels, bridged down to mono. BUT, what's sub? Single or dual voice coil, and what impedance?

"What if I don't live close to a gas station, can't I just run on fumes?" ^Same question as OP. Recharge batteries with a device called a battery charger. If you're dock doesn't have power, it's worth a couple batteries per month to find on...

Blair hit it first. You're battery voltage is low. Get over the HOT issue, and look at voltage. An alternator is not a charger. It will never recharge a battery, just maintain voltage while the boat is running.
