Paint The Top

I was wondering what type of paint to use to paint the top of my wakeboard.

I just used pound-land (dollor store) spray paint, but I'm cheap. Sanded the top, and did my graphic, it held pretty nicely, but there was a few chips in it after a while.
If your not as cheap as me, there is that (I just forgot the name, dam I hate it when that happens) well its spray paint that is used especially for plastics and such, apparently thats very good.
