It's been more than a year in waiting.

Kindness pays off and I finally got my board:-)

For those of you that don't know, I answered a classified ad on this site. To make a long story short, I paid the guy and I didn't get my board.

He would periodically contact me from time to time with promises of sending my board. I would always reply with the belief that he would. I have to admit, my first instinct to every e-mail from this dude was to rip into him, but I never did. Instead I continued my stoke for the sport and made sure he knew it. I'm totally convinced that if I hadn't I would not be writing this today.

Anyway, most people thought I was crazy for thinking that he would come through. I knew the dude would some day come to his senses and do what's right.:-)

That took time, I'm happy it finally made its way into your hands (or Kevins), personally I thought it was a mith, like the lockness monster or bigfoot.

Nice Paula glad to hear that you got the board. Does that mean that you will be taking your own boat out now that Kevin has his own board , or does that just mean Mother and Son quality mooching time.

Actually, Kevin already has a board (my old Belmont). I, on the other hand now have TWO boards. I will have to do some quality comparisons in the very near future.:-)

We'll be waiting with bated breath. IMO take the center fin out and the Trip rides a treat.
