I removed the stock rear and upgraded to 1100# wakemakers kit but has anyone tried doing anything to the 500# stock front? Is there room to even upgrade up there?

Maybe you could put in some sacs under the seats like some of the Xstars had but the current front bag fill the space where it's located. Other than that it needs visible bags.

Yes lead in the front is the best way to go. I am running 750's in back, stock 500 in the front, 400 in lead under the front seats and a SL 600 in the front walkway. If you don't want to go with lead then a bow triangle is the other route.

Mine is melted down rims weights from tyre shops. Put them on a gas stove (outside) and pour the lead into baking tins the size you like. Wrap and all done.

I know it prolly wouldn't fill all the way, but couldn't you put this sack under the seats? got a little lead in mine, just don't want it all in the bow.
