If you were to look beyond current wakeboat offerings and just try to find a boat that would throw a super nice wakesurf wave, what would you be looking for?

My buddy has a 30' cabin crusier with twin engines that throws two surfable waves (one on each side.) Was wondering what type of boats would work best for this sort of thing?
