(WOIO) - Tonight on 19 Action News at 11PM.

It's a multi-million dollar facility for kids funded better than most of our local schools.

With a top notch football team and other big ticket sports programs, tuition to attend is close to thirty grand per attendant.

But the best part?

It's a juvy center filled with kids being punished for assault, robbery, kidnapping, and worse crimes. And, of course, you pick up the tab!

19 Action News Investigator Scott Taylor with a story that will outrage you.

Are Ohio's criminals living large inside the multi-million dollar crime palace?

Tonight on 19 Action News at 11PM.

Why is Judge Arpairo the only one that gets it? He treats criminals like they should be, as criminals. Everybody else is too worried about the poor criminals. It is total BS.
