Does anyone know what happened to the Ultimate-WaterSports boat dealer in San Jose on O'Toole?? We bought a boat from them back in 2006 and I try and call and all the numbers are not working and neither is their website. I had some questions and have no way to get a hold of them. Did they go out of businees, relocate or change their name? Thanks

I may be wrong but I think they went out of business. They did in Santa Rosa and Suisun.

They went out of business over a year ago.... This guy named Austin open up a pro shop there, great place to buy stuff at, but no boats are there. The shop is called the liquid playground.

Oh that is a bummer. They were supposed to give 100% money back on extended warranties when they were over if they were not used. Oh well! Thanks everyone.

the extended warranty was only sold by ultimate the refund is through the warranty company you should be fine. look at the warranty and find the company's name and contact them.

That is what I thought too but when I called Pinnacle they said they don't give the money back the dealer does. Sounds like they are jerking me around. I would not care but it was 2,500. The paper I have in the Pinnacle brochure even shows 100% money back but that paper does not have Pinnacle's name on it anywhere. It just says "Purchase one of our service contracts" . They could say that is a different company and it does not have our name on it, even though it fits perfectly in the brochure they gave me.

I saw Frank Cope working over at Tracy Marine a few weekends back. Stop by there or call, he might be able to tell you what Pinnacle's responsibilities are.
