In my 06 I just added two v drive sacks in the rear lockers and one 600 in the middle when we wanted the wake pro level. That with the wedge down was all anyone ever needed and most times with that everyone wanted the wedge up.

on our 2010 LSV we ride full stock ballast, with an extra 1000lb bag in the nose, two 400lb bags on the floor in the middle of the boat and one 400lb sack in each locker, with the wedge down. The wake is nice and big.

On our 2009, we run with all stock ballast full including the front. Then add the 450lb v-drive sacs in the rear lockers and a 750 in the walkthrough. Power wedge all the way down and then back up a couple of clicks if you want more lip on the wake.
