Here's how I fixed it (based on some ideas read from WW).

A Perko thru-hull and some 3M Marine 5200 Adhesive. Cut the old fitting out to the diameter of the new thru-hull. Stretched the cut opening enough to get the thru-hull in. 3M 5200 inside & out.

The in-use water tight test will be tomorrow.
