Hello, is the first time I need to change the impeller in a Mastercraft v drive and I don't have idea where to start. Could you please give me some advise? and posting pictures will be helpful if you have..... thanks a lot in advance!

Here it is on my direct drive. Should be in a similar spot, but flipped around cuz you got a vdrive and the engine "faces" the back. it's not very fun on a vdrive. After you do it once or twice it gets easier... I'm sure you know to change it every year, hence this thread. But its worth repeating I suppose... Got stranded on the water last wknd b/c of a shot impeller. (not in my boat) Keep a spare on the boat and the tools to change it. Oh yea, if you can't find it, just follow the raw water intake up from the tranny cooler. Will lead straight to the water pump.

Welcome to the board and enjoy your summer!

should be in middle of engine on bottom. I think it is 7 or 8mm bolts. take those off then use a screwdriver on either side of housing slowly work the impeller out. Do not prize against the housing. Should slide out in a few minutes. Then just slide new one in replace gasket put cover back on and u are set.
