Just went out to Folsom this past weekend...air was 75*, water was 60*. Got the new fat sac setup and tinkered to get the wave right. Sorry no pics though, forgot batteries for the camera. Turns out those are important. May go out again on Easter.

First ride this season April 17,2009 Lake Erie.

First few rides this year. I think the water was about 44...... where the hell is summer already?



We were the only powerboat, in our area, on the lake for a 3 day period. I guess the locals don't like to suit up and go year round

something looks wrong, like your riding the wrong wake for your ballast?

We had 90 degree air temps today! First time for me to trunk it in '09.

I commend the last two pictures - that's cold water!

This was my favorite trick of the day, I wish that we had a sequence shot...but you can sort of see the path of the board - James pumped into the flats and then did a bottom turn up and into a surface 3. It was cool to watch.

third pic is sick.. is that a grabbed spin or just a slash ?

Yeah, it looks cool, doesn't it! It's a backside surface three. James grabs and holds the rail through about 270 degrees and then stands up.

One more month..... I seriously cannot take sitting at school any longer. My academic motivation has gone to nill seeing all the boarding shots recently.

Riding the wrong wake for my ballast? Not sure what you mean by that. But we've definitely had troubles trying to get a nice big wave out of our boat. I think we were near 3000lbs in that picture, and it didn't give much. I think I've figured out a fix though - A new boat.

The splash from the board going behind the rider makes it look like he is on the other side of the wake,but if you look close you can see the tip of the board on the goofy side of the wake.

First ride of the year, the air was 50' and the water was colder than the air.

The season has officially started for us up here in MI. The water temp. was about 48.

Andrew, maybe it's an optical thing. Looks like your ballasted to ride goofy but your on the regular wake. Maybe my eyes are fooling me.
