I got all my stuff at Lowes. I don't know about an electric valve though

I use brass flapper valves,they cost more but have almost no restriction.
Any good hardware store should sell them.

Yeah your best bet would be a brass swing check valve.

I like the clear ones thats sweet. Havent seen those before and im a plumber by trade, go figure.
