The people at Proline are GREAT

I had a small warranty issue with my handle. It’s a Proline rope and handle. The people at Proline told me to send it back to them and that they would send me out a new one. Just got the brand new handle and rope back in the mail. These guys give great customer service and can’t say enough about them.
By the way the leather grip on the handle rocks and will be using this type of handle for a lot of years to come.
I don’t work or have any affiliation with them other than I use their handle when it’s not snowing, frozen lakes, or it’s freezing out. Come on winter give it up we have to go boarding.

Yes Cwb/Proline have outstanding customer service.

Who did you speak with Paul? The leather wrap on my Proline handle is totally jacked. I need to see if they'll replace it for me.

I had my first Proline LG handle rip and sent an email and pics to them and in two days I received a brand new LG without having to send the old one back. It actually arrived via UPS saturday delivery which really shocked me. I'll definitely be buying Proline handles and ropes and recommending them to everyone I know.
