I bought the boat last summer and we used it for wakeskating/wakeboarding...now I wanna surf. how should I set it up? how fast should I go? I got a bow sac ( 1 000#) with a tsunami pump. what else should I get? normal crew of 4-5 people so around 800# in body weight.
thanks for the input guys!

I surf behind on of my buddies...We run stock ballast surf side 370 across the bow to elongate the wave and an additional 1250 surf side.

speed depends on the boat. 7-12 clean up the wave to where about where their heels sit works for most also depends on rider weight and board size.

^^^ Yup ^^^
starboard wake is good, port you can make rideable, but it's not as clean in my experience.
06 & later 210's are the opposite w/ the PCM v drive.

I'm the only Goofy on this particular boat and everyone has a good time. Yes its better on the darkside but still very rideable on the reg.

Here's a pic of my '97 Super Sport surf wave. 750# in right rear locker, 580# in ski locker, 380# in the bow and about 7 people spread about favoring the driver side. Driving slightly clockwise at about 12mph if I remember correctly.
