On my prostar 190 I would like to add weight to the front....like 150 pounds. Would these be a problem towing with it in there? We tow about 6 miles to the river..make speed 40.

Double check your tongue rating on hitch and draw bar. Tandem or single axle, this added weight up front will make quite a bit of difference on loading the boat onto trailer and amount of tongue load on vehicle. If your hitch can support that weight (most likely will on a 190) then go for it! Better to have weight up front than in back, when towing.....
