I have bought two adapters to try to connect my iphone to my head unit. I have been using an auxillary cable which works pretty good but being that I have an ipod compatible head unit I figured I would get the plug in but I cant get it to work it is the ibus connection or whatever it is called I can get it to charge the iphone but no sound. Any Help?

I am looking at a built in Sony unit and it doesn't list the iPhone either. But it does list the iPod touch, photo and all the other iPods.
