So I just got 4 tower speakers and was wondering if I can run 4 speakers on 2 channels, or do I need 4. Obviously it depends on the amp size.(don't have it yet)

Thanks

we have 6 speakers on 4 channels...
four of the speakers are wired together into pair... they came that way stock, but it wouldnt be hard to do

Setup is:
4 kicker dx60's -- wired into pairs
2 bazooka 8" whatevers
1 sony 600 watt 4 channel amp

A 2 chnl amp for 4 tower speakers can work fine, but a 4chnl amp would be the best IMO.

I had 4 into 2 last year at 2ohm and switched to a 4into 4 at 4ohms this year. It's clearer and more efficient with less worry about the amp shutting down do to over heating.
