just started tantroms the other day. its going well. i have the rotation, pop, heel click from the wake, everything is working. but after trying them about 50 times this week the same problem keeps coming up with my landing, or lack of it. im completing the rotation landing wake to wake or slightly in the flat but im landing tail first with the nose of my boar sticking straight up. and them from there i just wash out every time. i dont own a video camera so its tuff to understand my problem but all the boyz in my crew say im rotating oer the top. does anyone have a fix for this. im trying to look straight back because i though i was looking over my back shoulder, no change. help me this is getting painful. and i want to get started on back rolls soon.

Try taking off with more weight on your front foot. Sometimes when I am trying to take them really big, I will take off a little tail heavy and the same will happen to me.

I landed the tantrum on my second try. You really have to let the wake trip you. And make sure you go straight back, if you go sideways you will get off on your landing.

My mom said I had the "tantrum" down since the day I was born.

Now i'm taking it huge, lol.

As stated above, put more weight on your front foot. Another thing that will help is to make sure that you are square with the shore on takeoff.
