I have a jacket, no complaints at all, great line.

Can't comment on the Faction.

Here's a better question. What characteristics do you look for in a line?

I have some ghetto line thats thick and ugly and was cheap but it has zero stretch so its good enough. I'm just wondering why people are spending over 100 bucks on lines.

i have a really good line and it cost me about 90 but in all honestly as long as the line is zero stretch it will work just fine. i am actually working on starting a line of handles and i'm getting some that looked to be pretty good and when I get them I will be offering them super cheap just so people can but something decent for a decent price.

both are the same on the good scale. factions probally longer and a little lighter. the jackets series are great ropes as they float unlike the faction which will sink if its in one spot for any period of time. over all just ride which ever you want. nobody will judge you on your rope unless you have a rubber band rope.
