What is the Difference Between 32 vdc and 12 volt??

32v-12v=20v. You may want to be more specific in your question.

The 32 - 12 thing is the obvious part. Assuming the question is "vdc" vs. "volt"?? Boat and car systems use direct current (dc) as opposed to alternating current in houses (AC). in a direct current application (boat) 12 volt is the same as 12 vdc. "vdc" just clarifies that it is direct current voltage.
