I like to use a pump and pull the oil out from the dip stick tube. Hook a water line up via fake-a-lake or other means and warm the engine up for 5-10 minutes. Hook your pump up and give it a couple pumps and the oil flows out nicely. Once you have pumped your oil put a plastic bag around the oil filter with lots of towels around it and remove the filter. Very easy and fairly clean.

Autoparts stores have them. It's just a suction tube.

Easiest thing to do is take the bottom plug out and hang the oil drain tube out the bottom over night and continue the rest of the filter change and re fill the next day. Or use the hefty garbage bag trick. Lay it under the drain plug and let it fill. Carefully pull the bag out and you’re done. Those suction tubes seem convenient but become a pain in the arse.
