head to your local pro-shop and pick up a new one. Or your local craft/fabric shop should have something aswell.

You could also try an outdoor store where they sell camping products and backpacks. I know that REI has all of the little plastic gizmos for laces and straps.

Are you talking about the teacup shaped plastic tighteners? If so, do yourself a favor and replace them with something that will clamp decently. I ended up getting some plactic clamps like that from a Coleman Camping shop. Those teacups might've worked good when they were newer, but time definitely does not treat them well.

ya go to a camping store and get something siamlar to the clamp things then put some shoe laces in the strings place and melt the ends with a lighter so the clamp doesent come off. ive done it a couple of times and it works perfect.
