Use a fine sand paper and then use Eagle 1 mag wheel cleaner for non clear coated wheels. The mag wheel cleaner will etch the aluminum helping the paint to stick.

You must use a Conversion Coating or it will NOT stick!. Conversion Coating for alumunum is available at any automotive paint supply house. Follow the directions on the can.
