Does anyone know how to remove the floor behind the engine compartment, on a 2001 X-9? I have the complete engine cover off the floor, but have never had the floor up.

I dont see any screws or pins with a mirror and flashlight from the engine side, and the gas tank butts up tight and would have to be pulled from the stern.

Damned steering cable is frozen...

Persistance paid off...it is just pressed in, the carpet holds it in place. I just kept on with my discovery wiggling, and it eventually just popped right out.
