A good friend of mine turfed as he over rotated. He landed on his nose of his board..the tail sliced a gash across hi face and pushed his tooth up into his gums. The gash looked pretty cool; it was below his eye like a football players eye makeup (if you know what I mean) and blood was just oozing down from the cut in a perfect line. He was fine but had to run over to the orthodonist for an emergency rescue on the old tooth.
I wish that I had my camera but I didn't so if there are any cool injuries that have been captured on film let's see em! ;)

I was just learning how to wakeskate at Ski rixen (the cable park in Deerfield beach) and attempted a shuvit and only my front foot landed on the board I hyper extended and streched out and acutely tore my acl. It hurt like crazy but then I figured I was prolly just being a baby so I took too more runs and on the 2nd my knee gave out going arround the first tower and I realized I had better stop. I went into the boardshop to ask for an application for a job then drove back to my dorm to ice it. Arround 6pm when my friends were inviting me out for dinner I decided to pass and rest. then later that night (I was on the 2nd floor of our dorm building) I went down stairs to get some work from a friend downstairs and I couldn't make it down the stairs. Something was def wrong then. So my friends drove me to the hospital the end result being that on May 25 04 I had ACL reconstruction done. And I have this lovely little pic from fresh after the surgery. (pardon the hairy legs pls).
