Fullsuit?

Would I be better off with a fullsuit or springsuit in the delta? I have a fullsuit already but hate that they are uncomfortable but I also don't want to freeze my ass off. Does the delta get as cold as the ocean or does it stay warmer in winter? Last time I was in the delta the water was around 70 degrees, no need for a suit then.

depends on when you're talking about riding. Full suits on the delta are nice for November and March. For December, January, and February you'll probably want a dry suit. The water drops down to high 40s. I wear a spring suit in late October through November, then again in March and April.

Damn, I didn't think it got that cold. Thats just as cold as surfing out here. Thanks jarrod.
