Just wanted to know how some of you guys weight your VLX. Right now ive got about 700 in the front including stock mid mls filled and rear tanks filled with a 350 in each locker in the back and I dont use the wedge because it eats gas and the wake is a lot cleaner without it.

We mostly have at least 5 to 8 people with us when we go, we use stock mls, wedge, plus one 500 sack in the middle depending if there is enough people in the boat. Its pretty big without using a whole lot. I have an 03 by the way

I've got an '02 with stock 500lb in the center and two 600lb bags(one on each side) in the rear. No wedge and no stock hard tanks in the back. It puts up a really large wake, but for an even bigger wake, I want to add weight up front.

What does everyone recommend for up front? Is there a way to make it automatically fill if, for instance, I put bags under the front cushions?

I need to add one more thing: I had exposed fat sacks all over in our last boat and the wife said "no more" to that. So, I need to keep the bags out of the way and they have to fill easily.
