Been there tried that… It’s all about the boat. How much weight do you have and how big is the wake? I was never able to even get close even with a short rope. Then tried behind a boat with a tower and a bit bigger wake and it made all the difference in the world. You might try a faster line towards the wake and a few more chicks in the boat.

You should be able to do it. especially at 55 ft

doobie, edge a little harder toward the wake, a more progressive edge though, should be way easier then. Also, if you're having trouble landing, try some small wake jumps from the inside of the wake to the outside on your heelside.

If you can, get an pylon attatched somehow, it will make it easier But you should still be able to do it without it. Can you wake to wake at 55ft with your wakeboard? if so, can probably do it on skate.

hope that helps

Bump up your speed by a couple mph
