Not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

How bad would that be if one of his limbs got caught in the rope, thus pulling him into the spinning wheel.

That has been done years ago. My family was part of a water ski show that put on a show in an olympic sized swimming pool (50 meters) to do a small waterski show back in the early 80's. Helped raise some money for a group.

That is a great wipeout though.
