I was out kneeboarding and I jumped my wake.But everytime I did,I bailed badly.I made a cut in my head,pulled a mussle,and busted a vein.What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like you may have let the handle drift up from a low position on your hip. When that happens, you get stretched out and can easily loose balance. Also, if you are going to bite it, let go of the handle and if possible, try to land on your side. It keep you straighter and less prone to injury.

Keep trying, it will come.

Go to this link at Kneeboard Planet.com:

http://www.kneeboardplanet.com/instruction/beginner/wakejump.html

Look at how Dan keeps his arms in right to his waist throughout the entire jump. It's very important to keep a low center of gravity.

Good luck.
