Awesome, I've seen fish running from something, I would assume a shark, while out surfing, guys surfcasting haul in sharks now and then at that beach too. A little one like that shouldn't give you too much to worry about.

I fish for sharks in one of the same spots I surf at in Galveston. Right in front of my friends beach house. Its really easy to keep the tourist at bay when you're bringing in 5' and 6' sharks all day long. Definitely keeps the little kids away
And then when the fishing dies down and you go surfing, its just you and your bro's (course its like that anyways most all the time in Galveston) Not saying that I haven't had some close calls with some sharks in the surf, I've had too many to think about and I'm only 26.
Looks like that little guy is just playing around. They are some very cool pics IMO
