Kids are in school - need at least one person for surfing tomorrow. Probably half day from 9am to 1pm.

Ha ha I do when time permits (wakesurf wake behind the old Nautique is not too good though). I would hope to be able to at least get a wakeboard run in before or after the surfing. I can't go to the lake and not wakeboard.....

No, we were not out on Sunday - boat was getting the 25 hour service. You can't miss my bimini and you won't see another like it out there. I will keep you in mind. My wife goes back to work next week so I am going to try and get on Sunday - any idea what time you have to get there to get on the lake? I have tried 8am and there was already a line. Wondering if the lines are less now that most kids are back in school or if they are longer on Sunday's due to this.

I was out on Sunday and saw 3 tomcats out there. We arrived at 11 and there was no line but the water did suck all day so it was party beach day for us.

Check out az riders thread for info. I might be out there this Sunday trying out my Fugly bindings

Daybreak is around 530. If i go I'll probably be on the water by 515 waiting on the Sun. I recommend going to bed early to wake up early. Or you'll just end up beaching your boat to party due to crappy water conditions

I wish there were a website or number you could call to see when they open up the waiting area. Anyone know of anything like this? I did a few searches but haven't seen anything.

Only thing i can think of is calling friends that you think are already there or make friends with the forest ranger at the front that checks passes. You wanna go that late as to barely beat the opening of the overflow parking lot? Usually when they open up that lot you know the lake is truly a toilet bowel filled with boats

I ride a sky ski or surf. Water conditions are not too much of a concern. Letting the wife and kids sleep so they are not cranky all day is more important

Oh well in that case... Show up as late as you like! More good water for me

I actually went to saguaro one day at 6AM. Water was real nice for a while but I had gone to bed at 2:30AM the night (morning) before so I had zero strength to do anything at all. And that's how you end up getting hurt.

1 - 2pm on weekends. Hang out at the beach for awhile, then around 5 people have left and the water calms down!

I'm screaming the same thing. I dont always go on weekends, but when I do, there's typically a wait! lol I feel like this should be one of those memes.....

You can always rent a wet or dry slip at the marina and you can get on whenever you want!
