So A crew and I will be venturing from Cali To washington for the upcoming NWWA event at Lake Samamish with my Enzo. We are planning a 3 to 4 day road trip back and are trying to map out our way so as to stop at as many local and major riding lakes and rivers. Does any one have good ideas of where to stop?? Basically between Lake Samamish and Stockton california. Thanks for help.

you could check out mason lake in washington. Its about an hour off of I-5 from Tacoma or Olympia. Its a good size lake and is always empty on weekdays. Check masonlakecabin.net for current conditions and weather. If you are not afraid of salt water the south puget sound around olympia has great water if the wind is low, The Willamette river south of portland is a well know riding spot. Their are some lakes around the Vancouver WA area too, though i have never been to any.

American Lake in Lakewood Wa is a great place to surf. Its only 5 min. off I-5. Weekdays are pretty slow on the lake. I will be at the comp this weekend also, My name is Tony V. I'm sure we will meet Fri. During practice. I will be camping at Vasa Park. I also have a season pass for the ramp. I would be more than happy to show you how to get there. Have a safe trip up! T
