Well... this is from the end of July.... didn't take me too long to get to this one eh?

Anyways, Ben Greenwood Clinic at the Broken Oar put on by Ultimate Wake Watersports. It was a great time and highly recommend taking advantage of the opportunity to ride with and be taught by Ben and of course get to watch him ride!

Note that some of the footage is also from the Supra/Moomba owners reunion on Fox Lake!

As always enjoy, comments welcome... negative along with the positives!

Hey I'm in that video. I'm the white and grey Hurley hat whose fat head blocks Ben's first couple of hits.

That was a killer time. Ben's always been one of my favorite pros, watching him ride in person was sick.

He also helped me add about 3 ft to my scarecrow...

Can you tell me more about it? Gravity 3 ballast system? If not how much? Wakeplate? I just bought one. Thats why im asking. I put it right into storage and havent been out in it yet. Just wondering what to expect in terms of wake shape and size.

well... I cant give you specifics, as I was just on the boat for a few hours, but As far as I know it was stock ballast(gravity 3). I thought the wake is very comparable to my 21v, just a little meatier. Ben did mention that he likes to run the wake plate at 50% for his clinics and his riding, go all the way up and it gets steep.

Thanks for the info. The one I picked up is a 06 20" Launch SSV with gravity 3 and wakeplate. Im going crazy wondering what the wake is gonna be like.

I think I saw him do a raley. HaHa I thought that was one thing that I would never see. I was sure that he could I just didn't think that was really his style. I'll bet someone in the boat requested it.

That would be sick to attend one of his clinics! What's it like to be on the boat and see him get as much air as he does?

Cool vid - thanks for posting!

Lower Fox River and I believe Fox Lake in N. Illinois. Take heart Lizrd, summer will be here soon enough. It was a cool vid as well, Plus it gets me a little geeked to see pros riding in my neck of the woods.
