Hard to understand why Miami is in there on the basis of foreclosures and politcal corruption. At least you can quit paying your mortgage, go to the beach, and look at babes. Try that in Detroit.

After going to Big Bear this past weekend and driving through the cesspool of San Bernardino, I think that'd make a good candidate. Just going through there is always the worst part of the drive.

I'm not surprised and it is the reason I told my oldest son to go to away to school and only come back to visit.
