Try searching ebay with "wetsuit" and looking through those results. Alot of people probably don't know them as heater tops. Anyway, I ended up getting one from evogear.

buywake has them. I just got a billabong foil from them, and it's being sent down to OWC so that I can pick it up when I get there in a couple of days. I'll be wearing one at O-dub just cause I don't feel like toughing chilly water even remotely. I mean, it's cool and all, but at this point, being warm is higher on my list of priorities. You really don't need anything til water drops down to the mid 60s.

Nah, I'll be riding my covenant there. I know the chances of breaking the Lyman are slim to none, but my dad doesn't know that I bought the board, and he'll get pretty angry if he finds out, even if it was with my own money. If I can find a pull down there as well I may bring my Watson too... Plus the Lyman is locked up in the club's gear trailer, wherever it is. Sick board though, I just can't seem to stick any landings on it, I'm just used to how wide the Watson is...

Get a 1.5 and you'll use it more than you realized. Sometimes even on a cold summer morning

no, i take it back, it's not way too thin. .5mm would be good. It would help and be a lot better than nothing. I would suggest using one for sure though, in my experience you don't not want to have one, and you will be much more comfortable overall. The water is chilly, and if there is a wind it's cold.

right on! last time I was there I think it was march or april I trunked it. Thats pry a little warmer then now but even if its not windy around the turns you can sure get some wind from the whip of the cable. Ill def. pick up a top then. Thanks for all the input guys!!!

I've always called them hot-tops [not sure if thats an official name tho]. The Oneil ones are pretty sweet. They are great for Fall riding in the northwest.

Does anyone else prefer a long sleeve spring suit? I like heater tops but have found that a little cushion and warmth for the fellas is very nice.

Anyone know the name of heater shirt that has the zipper front? Think I saw it on one of those "day in the life" videos posted here of a wakeskater.

I found them online at this site. You will have to scroll down the page a little past the drysuits but they have some ONeill, Hyperlite, and Ten-80. http://www.waterskis.com/Wetsuits-Drysuits-Rash-Guards-s/4.htm
