From my experience you have two options.

There should be a name brand on the calipers. From there you can probably find them online or find out who carries them locally. They should be trailer brakes.

The other option is to take the pads to an automotive shop and see if they can match them up with automotive brakes. This can sometimes be a pain. What they did for me was literally flip through a book page by page until they saw the mathcing pad.

For some stupid reason I did not notice the brand name on the calipers when I replaced the pads. I recently had to replace the calipers and saw the brand name which was much easier to find.

Extreme uses UFP actuators and calipers I believe. Double check though not 100%. If they are UFP calipers then the pads are from the front of a 1997 - 2000 Kia Sophia. Use only organic, non-metallic pads. Metallics will rust and depreciate the rotor surface.

If you look up the UFP website and download the instructions for the calipers then there is a list of which model of cars use the same pads...
