We are using Babe's Boot Butter (or somethin like it) and the binding blaster is not pumpin. I know the pump is on (by the sound) and there is nothin stuck in the line. So why isn't the thing workin? Peace

is it primed? unfamiliar with the binding blaster but if you emptied it... it may not prime itself as pumping lube is a lil different than pumping/sucking water... in order to prime I guess ya gotta provide some suction to the outlet tube... just dont get any in your mouth hhaha

Most likely the seals are bad in the pump. I have had to replace my pumps twice in the last three years. The pump would pump water when I was trying to clean it out but it would not pump the soap.

John, mine will also pump water, but not soap. So, I have to replace the pump?

Better yet, get some CWB hingetech bindings and you'll never need lube again...

Sorry, hi-jack over.

Yup, the pump needs to be replaced. If your boat dealer is nice he may warranty the pump for you. Mine did!
